About Tonie Jones
Tonie Jones, Master Brow Artist and Owner of "The Brow Snob" began her love for brows long before brows were the "in" thing. In 2004, Tonie came across an interview with Damone Roberts, makeup artist and renowned "Brow King" on a morning entertainment show. Amazed that he had built a successful career on his love of brows; Tonie set out to do the same.
It wasn't a straight shot. A self-taught makeup artist she built her name and her reputation face to face. Working during the day in corporate America and spending evening and weekends on freelance makeup gigs. She eventually found herself in demand receiving a feature in"The Knot" wedding magazine and working as a freelance makeup artist for MAC Cosmetics. After two layoffs from corporate America and a very busy freelance career, Tonie made the plunge to follow into a full-time beauty career.
After a year of stalking Denver's leader in brows, Brows on Upper 15th for a job she was hired. She was living her dream until... In March 2014, Tonie was diagnosed with breast cancer and had to sit her tweezers down. But, only for a little while. During her time of treatment, Tonie focused on her ultimate dream; her own brow studio. Where she could help her clients discover their inner and outer beauty and share the healing power of transformation, Yes, we are still talking about brows.
Once Tonie was feeling strong again. She set up shop in Cherry Creek North and The Brow Snob was born. Ironically, losing her brows during chemo gave her a new appreciation for the power of good brow, a listening ear and artist skill.
Now that you're in love ...
